LV in troubles?!

On the 19th Nov 2004, Louis Vuitton flagship shop opened in Hangzhou, China. In the same day, it sale revenue reached 25 million yuan.

However, you know, reality always has a twist.

The shop has been closed for 10 days since 6 June, after the check did by the Zhejiang Administration of Industry and Commerce and collected more than 700 bags there. The reason is a mystery, local news article mostly said this is because of labeling and product quality.

Louis Vuitton China's Executives said this is because of the different labeling system in China and France. Explanations from government official are expected to announce very soon.

It the store has just reopened on the 16th. It definitely affected the huge brand business since there are only few items inside the shop and all leather products would include a small tag to declare the material used. This hugely affect the perception and confident towards Vuitton, which is the MOST important.
