bye bye - Monsieur YSL...

Monsieur Yves Saint Laurent has passed away in his home in the evening of 1 June because of long term illness.
He was 71.
No one can deny his contribution to the fashion industry.
and no one can illustrate Paris chic better than he did.

He was born in 1 Aug, 1936 and started his designer life at the age of 17.
When he was in 21, he was named of the House of Dior after Monsieur Christian Dior died suddenly.

Apart from his own haute couture fashion house which has been closed after his retirement in 2002, the Rive Gauche ready-to-wear boutiques still operate under the Gucci group.

Yves Saint Laurent is my favorite brand.
Although he no longer is the designer of the brand, but you know... it's sad.
The France romance will live, this is what i know.
